Gizmobaba.com will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Gizmobaba.com order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. Gz20120001) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
  • Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Gizmobaba.com.

  • While it is not necessary to have a Gizmobaba.com account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.

The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. However, Octroi, if applicable, will be charged to you at the time of delivery by the courier.

  • We accept all VISA and MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

What is the estimated delivery time?
  • The estimated time of delivery is about one week, but we make every attempt to deliver quicker.
How will the delivery be done?
  • We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.


How are items packaged?
  • All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile (electronic) items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
What should be done if I find my electronic product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?
  • Please contact us and we will resolve this to your satisfaction.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
  • All Gizmobaba.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners (including our own internal courier service - Gizmobaba.com Logistics) - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on Gizmobaba.com.com, replaced? Replacement Guarantee
All products sold at Gizmobaba.com.com are covered under our 3 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any defects within 3 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

In order to get a defective item replaced
  • Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page , within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
How do I cancel an order on Gizmobaba.com.com? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on Gizmobaba.com?
For outright cancellations please note:
  • Items once ordered and paid for CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Please be sure before making payment. Shipping labels are generated automatically once you make payment, and cancellations are not possible.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 3 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz:
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
